FAQ

What are the benefits of owning an Inkegnito?
  • Better taste by preserving freshness and carbonation in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Precise portion control, ensuring you pour the perfect amount of beverage with each serving.
  • Significant cost savings as kegs are generally more economical than buying individual bottles or cans.
  • Environmental benefits by reducing single-use packaging waste.
  • Perfect for gatherings, creating a focal point for friends and family to enjoy fresh, cold, and perfectly poured beverages every time

I know where to get kegs of beer, but where are kegs of wine, coffee, and kombucha sold?

Local breweries, wineries, and beverage distributors are great sources for kegs, while specialty keg retailers and online platforms dedicated to alcohol sales offer a wider selection.

Is there assembly required?

When it comes to the cabinet, it comes fully assembled. The setup process mainly involves sliding the kegerator fridge into the cabinet and connecting the necessary hoses. With minimal assembly you can quickly and easily have your kegerator up and running, ready to dispense in a matter of minutes!

How long does a keg last?

The shelf life of beer, wine, and kombucha, in a keg can vary depending on factors such as storage conditions, temperature control, and the specific product. Generally, beer kegs stored in a properly maintained kegerator can remain fresh for about 2 to 3 months. Wine and kombucha, on the other hand, have shorter shelf lives in a keg once tapped, typically lasting around 2 to 4 weeks before quality and flavor begin to deteriorate.

How many drinks come in a keg?

A quarter keg, also known as a pony keg, contains around 82 12 oz drinks. This size is equivalent to 7.75 gallons or 29.3 liters of beer. On the other hand, a sixth keg, also referred to as a sixtel, holds approximately 55 12 oz drinks. This keg size is equivalent to 5.16 gallons or 19.5 liters of beer.
